Staff Accountant with 15+ years of Accounting Experience Provide a wide range of Full-Charge Bookkeeping and accounting activities for the entire small and medium-sized company. 15+ years of Strong Experience on the following: • Accounts Payable • Accounts Receivable • Record all Cash Receipts transactions • Record all Credit Card Receipts transactions and reconciliation of credit card statements • Bank account reconciliation (including multi-bank accounts) • Payroll • P&L and Balance sheet account reconciliation -monthly, quarterly or as needed • General Leger Maintenance • Generate Financial Statements • Prepare reports and summaries for managers • Cash Management • Reconcile Purchase and Sales reports • Review billing vouchers to ensure the completeness and accuracy of data on accounts • Maintain Fixed assets additions and disposals including month end depreciation. • Inventory reconciliation and prepare inventory reports • Keep track of aging reports (A/
