Seeking someone 30-50 y/o to find and share a house in OC. I do not smoke but could live with someone who does. I do not do drugs. I am tidy. I am quiet -- one or two friends come over occasionally (I usually meet friends @ restaurants). I am responsible -- my bills are always paid on time. I am respectful of other peoples belongings. I have a bachelors degree. I am completely law-abiding. I sing in a church choir. I volunteer at a homeless shelter. I am tolerant, and depending on the issue, I am either left wing-liberal-social progressive or centrist-moderate-middle-of-the-road. I laugh easily. I also have a tennis ball obsessed, crate trained labrador retriever.
